The location was great.
No first floor rooms were available and spouse was handicapped.
She required a smoking room and the only ones available were on the 2nd floor and no elevator was available.

They won't let you take breakfast to your room from buffet in common room.

Breakfast wasn't very good; the door didn't seem very secure.
Staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable. Not a particularly attractive hotel, but it's ok.

White footwear was dirty after walking across the floor of the room.

Heater did not work, hard to see sign from road.
